White Coast, beautiful beaches, magical natural experiences and a lovely atmosphere
Villajoyosa is a very beautiful and quiet town with an enchanting charm thanks to its beautiful beaches and the wonderful feel of genuine Spain.
Benidorm exudes a big city feeling with lots of exciting and fun Things to explore and also offer a life filled nightlife for all ages.
Altea is a real beauty on the Spanish Mediterranean coast and has an truly relaxed atmosphere. The old town consists of very narrow and cozy streets where there is a lots of good restaurants to choose from.
Villajoyosa is a town located on the Spanish Mediterranean coast with about 33,000 inhabitants and belongs to the beautiful Alicante province. With beautiful houses of different colors at the seafront, which have large and beautiful palms as their permanent accommodation, this amazing city is awakened to the eye in a very refreshing way in the White Coast.
If you are a chocolate enthusiast then visit the Valor factory which opened in 1998 is a must. Here you will see how the chocolate brand Valor has gone through the time for five generations and if you are nice, maybe a small taste will be offered at the end of the tour.
If you are after a tasty trip to the chocolate factory, feel that you have to get rid of some carbohydrates, so you may want to rent a canoe on a hot and sunny day on the beach and go out for adventure.
On the other hand, if you want more speed, Benidorm has an exciting nightlife to offer to all ages, and is only 10 minutes by car from Villajoyosa city center.
“Spain’s Little New York”. Here you will find lots of fun to do for children as well as for adults. Benidorm is famous for its vibrant nightlife where there are lots of fun things to explore and a good variety of exhibits and restaurants.
Here you will also find many great theme parks such as:

- Terra Natura (Animal Park)
Shopping center La Marina in finestrat is just 10 minutes by car from Benidorm up to the mountains and here you will find everything from the cinema to all sorts of shops and boutiques.
Fuentes del Algar
You can find a beautifull emplacement in the White Coast. With a drive around 30 minutes from Villajoyosa, you will find this magical place where you can swim in the middle of nature in cool spring water that flows down to the beautiful mountains.
Here you can go 1.5 km and explore all the beautiful waterfalls and find a great place to cool off.
Outside the nature reserve there are also a variety of restaurants to choose from and good opportunities to park.
After visiting Las Fuente’s Algar, you have many choices if you want to get acquainted with some beautiful Spanish mountain villages such as:
● La Nucia
● Callosa d’en sarria
Other cities and villages that are worth the trip to are: Altea and Calpe located on the other side of the mountain north.
Altea is a town located between Benidorm and Calpe which has an extremely beautiful old town with very good local food and offers a very peaceful and lovely atmosphere.
Wherever you go, the ocean and the mountains are constantly present.
If you go along the seafront, it does not take long until you find Albir, which shares the same bay with Altea, is divided by a port. Here is a little more lively atmosphere and movement all year round but at the same time not the same as in Benidorm.
With a beautiful drive of about 25 minutes north, you have come to Calpe which is famous for its beautiful and long beaches and that the water is crystal clear.
Calpe is definitely recommended if you plan to spend a day at the beach as all facilities are nearby and there is a very pleasant beach to lie on.
